EXTREME Rhino Safari Ride

When you go backstage with us, you become a partner in the Zoo’s work to protect and conserve wildlife. This Backstage Pass takes you on a safari ride into the Zoo's African Plains exhibit to get up close and personal with Rhinos and antelopes. The trip includes the opportunity to toss food to the rhinos.  Tour goers ride on a flatbed truck and must be 6 years old or older to attend.

An EXTREME Rhino Safari Ride is available to Zoo Society Members for a donation of $89 per person. Non-Society Members may purchase these backstage passes for $99 per person. All, or nearly all, of this donation is tax deductible as a gift to to the NC Zoo Society, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that raises money for the North Carolina Zoo.
