Backstage Pass with Gorillas
September 7 Rain Date September 8
Time 1:15 p.m.
Go backstage and become a supporter of wildlife conservation. This
Backstage Pass takes you behind the scenes with the Gorilla keepers to
learn how they care for the Gorillas and to toss some treats into the
troop. Children 16 or younger must be accompanied by an adult.
Restrictions: Backstage pass holders should be at least eight years old and
must be at least 5 feet tall to feed the gorillas.
The height requirement is based on issues of safety. People need to be 5
feet tall in order to see over the barrier separating them from the
Gorillas. Individuals who do not meet this height requirement may attend
this program. They will be able to see the Gorillas fed, meet the
keepers and watch a Gorilla training session.
